Shipping & Delivery

The shipment takes place within 1-4 working days after receipt of payment, provided the goods are in stock. For custom-made products, new orders or deviations We calculate a production time of about 14 days, as our studio is based in Turkey. We ask for your understanding.

Insured shipping is only carried out by DHL or one of our external shipping service providers. You will receive the tracking number by email to the address you provided. Depending on the purchase value, delivery is usually made personally by UPS or the external shipping service provider.
